Our Production Departments
From material preparation to final packing, every department at Olympiad Industries plays a defined role in turning an approved product concept into finished apparel. Our workflow is organized to support consistency, quality control, customization and efficient production.
Production Flow
Six Connected Departments. One Controlled Production Process.
Each department works as part of one connected manufacturing system. Materials are checked before production, patterns guide cutting, stitching builds the garment, embellishment adds the required branding and decoration, quality inspection verifies the final product, and tagging and packing prepare the order for dispatch.
Raw Materials
Fabric, trims, threads, labels and other required materials are selected, checked and prepared before production begins.
Pattern Making & Cutting
Approved measurements are converted into patterns, followed by fabric spreading, marking and accurate cutting for production.
Stitching
Cut garment panels are assembled according to the approved pattern, construction method and required seam specifications.
Embellishment
Logos, graphics, numbers and decorative elements are applied using the required printing, embroidery or transfer method.
Quality Check
Fabric, measurements, stitching, colors, decoration and final workmanship are checked against approved production requirements.
Tagging & Packing
Finished garments are pressed, tagged, folded, packed and prepared for shipment according to the order and branding requirements.
From Materials to Dispatch
Our departments follow a structured sequence so each stage receives the correct inputs from the previous stage and passes controlled output to the next.

Raw Materials
The Raw Materials Department prepares the foundation of every garment. Fabric, threads, zippers, buttons, elastic, ribbing, labels, drawcords and other required materials are selected according to the approved product specifications before they move into production.
Pattern Making & Cutting
This department converts the approved design, measurements and sizing requirements into production-ready patterns. Once the pattern is confirmed, fabric is spread, marked and cut carefully so each garment component follows the required shape and dimensions.
Stitching
In the Stitching Department, the cut garment components are assembled according to the approved pattern and construction method. Appropriate machines, seam types and stitch specifications are used depending on the product and fabric.
Embellishment
The Embellishment Department applies the required logos, artwork, names, numbers and decorative details. The method is selected according to the garment, fabric, design and requested finish.
Quality Check
The Quality Check Department verifies materials, measurements, color, stitching, embellishment and overall workmanship. Inspections are carried out at different stages so issues can be identified before the order is prepared for packing.
Tagging & Packing
Once garments pass final inspection, the Tagging & Packing Department prepares them for delivery. Products are pressed, tagged, folded and packed according to the order, branding and shipment requirements.
Why Department-Based Production Matters
A clearly structured production system helps control product specifications from the first material selection to the final packed garment. Each department has a defined responsibility while remaining connected to the next stage.
