Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: August 25, 2026

Welcome to Olympiad Industries. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of olympiadindustries.com and the business relationship between Olympiad Industries and customers who request quotations, samples, product development, custom manufacturing, private-label production, or related services.

By using our website, submitting an inquiry, approving a quotation or sample, making a payment, or placing an order with Olympiad Industries, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Olympiad Industries

Olympiad Industries provides custom apparel manufacturing and related services, including product development, sampling, sportswear, activewear, streetwear, kidswear, private-label manufacturing, embellishment, quality inspection, tagging, packing, and order preparation for shipment.

Most products supplied by Olympiad Industries are manufactured according to individual customer requirements and are therefore considered custom-made or made-to-order products.

2. Website Use

The content on our website is provided for general information about our products, departments, manufacturing capabilities, and services.

You agree not to use the website:

  • For unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • To interfere with website security or functionality
  • To copy or misuse protected website content
  • To submit false or misleading information
  • To upload harmful files or malicious software
  • To impersonate another person, company, or organization

We may update, modify, or remove website content at any time.

3. Product Inquiries

Customers may contact Olympiad Industries through our website, email, WhatsApp, social media, or other available communication channels.

To prepare an accurate quotation, we may request information including:

  • Product type
  • Quantity
  • Sizes
  • Fabric requirements
  • Colors
  • Logos or artwork
  • Printing or embroidery requirements
  • Labels
  • Packaging
  • Delivery destination
  • Reference images
  • Tech packs
  • Required delivery schedule

Incomplete specifications may result in preliminary rather than final pricing.

4. Quotations

Quotations are prepared based on the information available at the time of inquiry.

A quotation may depend on factors such as:

  • Order quantity
  • Fabric type
  • Fabric GSM
  • Garment construction
  • Design complexity
  • Printing or embroidery
  • Labels and trims
  • Packaging
  • Shipping destination
  • Currency
  • Material costs
  • Freight charges

Unless otherwise stated, a quotation does not automatically constitute a binding obligation to manufacture until the order details and required payment have been accepted.

Olympiad Industries may revise a quotation if the customer changes specifications, quantity, design, materials, delivery requirements, or other relevant details.

5. Samples and Product Development

Customers may request samples before bulk production.

Sample costs may include:

  • Pattern development
  • Fabric
  • Trims
  • Artwork setup
  • Printing
  • Embroidery
  • Labor
  • Packaging
  • Courier charges

Sample charges and bulk-production charges may be calculated separately.

A sample is intended to demonstrate the proposed product, construction, fit, material, artwork, or workmanship.

Minor differences may occur between a sample and bulk production due to normal manufacturing processes, material batches, printing conditions, or other reasonable production variables.

6. Sample Approval

Where a sample, mockup, artwork, specification sheet, measurement chart, or other approval is requested, bulk production may begin only after customer approval and completion of agreed payment requirements.

The customer is responsible for reviewing:

  • Measurements
  • Sizes
  • Colors
  • Artwork
  • Logo placement
  • Names
  • Numbers
  • Spelling
  • Fabric
  • Printing
  • Embroidery
  • Labels
  • Packaging
  • Other specifications

Once approved, changes may result in additional costs, production delays, or the need to restart part of the production process.

7. Artwork, Logos and Customer-Supplied Designs

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any:

  • Logos
  • Trademarks
  • Brand names
  • Artwork
  • Graphics
  • Photographs
  • Characters
  • Designs
  • Team marks
  • Sponsor logos
  • Other intellectual property

provided to Olympiad Industries.

By submitting such materials, the customer represents that their requested use does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Olympiad Industries may refuse to manufacture designs that appear unlawful, unauthorized, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

8. Custom Manufacturing

Custom-manufactured products are produced according to approved customer specifications.

Because garments are made specifically for each order, they may not be identical to mass-produced retail products.

Reasonable manufacturing tolerances may occur in areas including:

  • Measurements
  • Fabric weight
  • Stitching
  • Color
  • Print placement
  • Embroidery placement
  • Logo positioning
  • Pattern alignment
  • Garment dimensions

Minor variations that fall within normal manufacturing tolerances are not necessarily considered defects.

9. Fabric and Color Variation

Fabric colors may appear differently across computer monitors, mobile devices, photographs, printed references, and physical samples.

Different dye lots or material batches may also produce slight variations.

Where exact color matching is important, customers should provide appropriate color references and approve samples where required.

Olympiad Industries will make reasonable efforts to achieve the approved result but cannot guarantee that digital screen colors will perfectly match physical fabric.

10. Sizes and Measurements

Customers should carefully review and approve size charts before production.

Where the customer provides measurements, specifications, or grading instructions, Olympiad Industries will manufacture according to those approved requirements.

Normal garment manufacturing tolerances may apply.

If a customer requires a highly specific fit, we strongly recommend sample approval before bulk production.

11. Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum order quantities may vary depending on:

  • Product category
  • Fabric
  • Color
  • Design
  • Embellishment method
  • Private-label requirements
  • Material availability

MOQ requirements will normally be communicated during quotation or product development.

12. Pricing

Prices may be quoted per piece, per set, per order, or according to another agreed pricing structure.

Pricing may include or exclude shipping depending on the quotation.

Customers should review the quotation carefully to understand what is included.

Additional charges may apply when requirements change after quotation or approval.

13. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed before production.

Depending on the order, Olympiad Industries may require:

  • Full advance payment
  • Partial advance payment with remaining balance before dispatch
  • Sample payment before sample development
  • Other mutually agreed payment arrangements

Production may not begin until the required advance payment has been received.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, outstanding balances must be cleared before goods are dispatched.

14. Payment Processing

Payments may be made through approved banking or payment channels communicated by Olympiad Industries.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Sending payment to the correct account
  • Paying applicable transfer fees where required
  • Providing accurate payment references
  • Confirming completed transactions

Payments should only be sent using official payment information provided by Olympiad Industries.

15. Production Time

Production times vary according to:

  • Product type
  • Order quantity
  • Design complexity
  • Material availability
  • Sample approval
  • Embellishment
  • Packaging
  • Production schedule

Any production time provided is generally an estimate unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

Production time normally begins after all required conditions are completed, including where applicable:

  • Final specifications
  • Artwork approval
  • Sample approval
  • Size confirmation
  • Material confirmation
  • Required advance payment

16. Changes After Production Begins

Customers should submit all changes before production starts.

If a customer requests changes after materials have been purchased, fabric has been cut, embellishment has begun, or garments are already under production, additional costs may apply.

Some changes may no longer be possible.

Any resulting production delay will not normally be considered the responsibility of Olympiad Industries.

17. Order Quantity Variations

Where manufacturing methods make exact quantities difficult, minor quantity variations may occasionally occur.

If quantity tolerance is relevant to a particular order, it should be agreed before production.

Olympiad Industries will make reasonable efforts to supply the confirmed order quantity.

18. Quality Control

Olympiad Industries applies quality checks throughout relevant stages of production.

Checks may include:

  • Fabric inspection
  • Color matching
  • Measurements
  • Stitching
  • GSM
  • Printing
  • Embroidery
  • Labels
  • Workmanship
  • Washing or bleed testing where applicable
  • Final inspection
  • Packing inspection

Quality requirements should be clearly communicated before production.

19. Customer Inspection and Claims

Customers should inspect goods promptly after delivery.

If you believe there is a manufacturing defect or an order does not materially match the approved specifications, contact Olympiad Industries as soon as reasonably possible.

Claims should include relevant evidence such as:

  • Order details
  • Photographs
  • Videos
  • Quantity affected
  • Description of the issue
  • Packaging information where relevant

Olympiad Industries may request additional information before assessing a claim.

20. Custom Products and Returns

Because most products manufactured by Olympiad Industries are custom-made specifically for the customer, they generally cannot be returned simply because the customer:

  • Changes their mind
  • No longer needs the goods
  • Ordered incorrect quantities
  • Approved incorrect artwork
  • Provided incorrect measurements
  • Provided incorrect names or numbers
  • Selected the wrong color or specifications

Issues involving confirmed manufacturing defects will be assessed separately according to the circumstances.

More details will be provided in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

21. Cancellation of Orders

Cancellation terms depend on the production stage.

If an order is cancelled before production or material purchasing begins, the matter may be reviewed based on actual costs already incurred.

Once materials have been purchased, patterns developed, fabric cut, printing or embroidery completed, or manufacturing has begun, some or all payments may become non-refundable.

Sample-development costs are generally associated with work already performed and may not be refundable once development has started.

22. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping arrangements will be based on the agreed order terms.

Products may be shipped through:

  • Courier services
  • Freight forwarders
  • Air freight
  • Other logistics providers

Delivery estimates may depend on destination, customs procedures, courier operations, weather, transportation conditions, and other circumstances beyond our direct control.

Production time and shipping time should be treated as separate periods.

Further details will be covered in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

23. Customs, Duties and Import Charges

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT or sales taxes
  • Brokerage fees
  • Customs clearance charges
  • Other government fees

Unless specifically included in the quotation, these charges are generally the responsibility of the buyer or importer.

Customers are responsible for understanding import requirements applicable in their destination country.

24. Shipping Delays

Olympiad Industries is not responsible for delays caused solely by third parties or events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Customs inspections
  • Courier delays
  • Flight cancellations
  • Port congestion
  • Weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Transportation disruptions
  • International emergencies

We will reasonably assist customers with available shipping or tracking information.

25. Private Label Manufacturing

Customers requesting private-label services are responsible for approving:

  • Brand names
  • Logos
  • Labels
  • Hang tags
  • Packaging
  • Care labels
  • Size labels
  • Product information

The customer is responsible for ensuring required product information complies with applicable laws in the country where the products will be sold.

26. Product Compliance

Customers importing or reselling manufactured products are responsible for identifying regulatory, labeling, certification, safety, or product-compliance requirements applicable in their market unless Olympiad Industries expressly agrees to provide a specific compliance service.

Customers should communicate special compliance requirements before quotation and production.

27. Confidential Information

During product development, customers may share:

  • Tech packs
  • Designs
  • Samples
  • Pricing information
  • Product specifications
  • Unreleased collections
  • Branding materials

Olympiad Industries will take reasonable steps to use such information for legitimate business and manufacturing purposes.

Where formal confidentiality obligations are required, customers may request a separate non-disclosure agreement.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without authorization where protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

29. Website Information and Product Images

31. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Olympiad Industries will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Any liability relating to a specific order will be assessed based on the relevant facts, approved specifications, payments, and applicable legal requirements.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Olympiad Industries will not be considered responsible for failure or delay caused by events reasonably beyond our control, which may include:
