At Olympiad Industries, tagging and packing are the final stages of production before finished garments are prepared for delivery. These steps are important because proper tagging provides the required product and brand information, while professional packing protects the garments during storage and transportation.
Before any item is packed, our team checks that the garment has passed the required quality inspections and matches the approved specifications. Each product is then tagged, folded, packed, counted, and organized according to the customer’s order requirements.
This process helps ensure that each product reaches the customer in a clean, organized, professional, and ready-to-use condition.
1. Steam Pressing
The process begins with Steam Pressing. Finished garments may develop wrinkles during stitching, inspection, or handling, so each piece is carefully pressed before packing.

Steam pressing helps improve the overall appearance of the garment and gives it a clean and professional finish. Our team pays attention to collars, sleeves, seams, waistbands, and other important areas to ensure the garment keeps its proper shape.
During this stage, we make sure that:
- Wrinkles and unwanted creases are removed.
- The garment maintains its correct shape.
- Logos, prints, embroidery, and other embellishments are handled carefully.
- The finished product has a neat and presentable appearance.
After steam pressing, the garments are allowed to settle properly before moving to the tagging stage.
2. Tagging
After pressing, the garments move to the Tagging process.
The required tags and labels are checked and attached according to the approved order specifications. Depending on the customer’s requirements, this may include brand tags, size tags, hang tags, care labels, barcodes, or private-label tags.

Our team checks that every garment carries the correct information and that the tags are placed neatly without damaging the product.
During tagging, we verify:
- Correct brand or customer tag
- Correct garment size
- Proper tag placement
- Correct product or style information
- Barcode or SKU details when required
- Private-label requirements for custom orders
This step is particularly important for brands that need their products delivered in a retail-ready or private-label format.
3. Packing
Once the tagging process is complete, every garment is carefully folded and prepared for Packing.
The products are normally packed individually to protect them from dust, dirt, moisture, and handling during storage and transportation. Garments are also organized according to their size, color, style, and order quantity.

During packing, our team ensures:
- Garments are folded neatly.
- Each product is placed in the correct packaging.
- Sizes and styles are properly separated.
- Order quantities are counted carefully.
- Products are arranged securely inside shipping cartons.
- Carton information is added when required.
Proper packing helps protect the quality of the garments while also making it easier for customers to receive, store, and distribute their products.
4. Dispatching
The final stage is Dispatching.
Before shipment leaves our facility, the packed order is checked against the customer’s confirmed requirements. The total number of garments and cartons is verified, and the shipment is prepared according to the selected delivery method.

Before dispatch, we confirm:
- Total order quantity
- Number of cartons
- Correct sizes and styles
- Shipping and destination details
- Required packing information
- Shipment readiness
Once everything is verified, the order is handed over for shipment and prepared for delivery to the customer.
